Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences is a premier University Hospital with multispeciality patient care service. The University  is known for its excellent teaching faculty and a world class education that is imparted to the students.

This charter provides a structure for our users and visitors with all the information regarding the services and benefits that are available in the hospital. This will also let them know about the quality of services accessible by them.

This Charter provides a framework, which lets our users to know what type of services are available in the hospital, the quality of services they are entitled to and the means through which complaints regarding denial or poor quality of services could be redressed.

We aim to provide the best service to our customers with the help of our prompt response and courteous behaviour which is shown by our staff.

Any referred cases from tertiary and other hospitals are also required to be registered for consultation in the OPDs. 

The OPD registrations are available for a week and a new registration has to be done if consultation/treatment is continued beyond a week.

Our specialists are available for consultation in OPDs. Avail our OPD services on all working days except Sundays & National holidays.

The patient has the right to consult any doctor/consultant. Prior appointment has to be made via hospital’s toll-free number.

Patients are treated on a first-come, first-served basis. However, in case of emergency or to senior citizens, out of turn consultation may be provided.

There is a Central Collection Centre for receiving and collecting various specimens for testing. The timings for receiving specimens are from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at OPD and round the clock at IPD.

Emergency – Emergency Laboratory Services are available 24×7 for tests relating to clinical Pathology, Biochemistry, Microbiology and Radio-diagnosis.

Casualty & Emergency Services

Casualty Services are available 24×7.

Operation theatres

Operation Theatres functions 24×7. In serious cases, treatment gets precedence over formalities like paperwork, registration and medico-legal requirements.

Indoor Patient Services

  • All wards provide free indoor patient care.
  • Emergency wards admit emergency cases, medical and surgical problems patients.
  • Newborns (normal or unwell) are provided immense care in the nurseries.
  • Indoor patients receive treatment from senior Doctors.
  • Treatment is provided by the doctor on duty & specialists are available on call.
  • Special attention is given to every patient’s diet in every ward.
  • Every patient is provided with one attendant pass and one pass for food (some patients prefer home food).
  • Patients consuming hospital food are not allowed to have home food or outside food..
  • Visitors are welcomed only between 5.00 P.M-7.00 P.M.

Suggestions, Complaints & Grievances

For the Students:

The students can record their complaints with the Head of the Department or the Staff Advisor appointed by the vice-chancellor to look after the problems of the students. The HoD/Staff Advisor shall address the complaint and provide solution or feedback within a maximum of two weeks. 

If the students are unhappy with the redressal of their complaints, then they may appeal to the School level Standing Committee consisting of the Dean of the School and two other members nominated by the VC. The committee shall deliver its decision within a maximum period of 4 weeks.

For the Patients:

We work towards serving the best of services to our patients. If incase, any patient who finds that the services provided are not up to the level of his/her expectations, then feel free to provide your suggestions and complaints to the HoD/Staff Advisor appointed by the VC. It will help us to serve you better.

All the grievances are duly acknowledged by our team. Our highly efficient team aims to settle genuine complaints within 10 working days of its receipt. Suggestions/Complaint boxes are provided at designated locations in the hospital.

Responsibilities of the users

This charter is for the people and thus the success of this charter depends on the support of the users too. Users need to comprehend & appreciate the several constraints under which the hospital is functioning.

Do’s & Don’ts for our dear users & visitors:

  • Do not inconvenience or trouble other patients and staff.
  • Help us to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the hospital and its surrounding
  • Use the facilities of this hospital with care.
  • Beware of hawkers and touts.
  • Kindly maintain the hospital area as “No Smoking Zone” & “Silence Zone”.
  • Visitors under the influence of alcohol are not welcomed
  • Refrain from demanding undue favours from the staff and officials.
  • Provide useful feedback and constructive suggestions. These may be provided to the Medical Superintendent of the Hospital.
  • This is a private hospital and the Hospital administration reserves the right to treat and admit any patient.
