Patients are required to fix an appointment beforehand and be punctual.Inform and bring to the doctor’s notice if it has been difficult to understand any part of the treatment.Also if the patient is unable/late to attend his/her appointment, then kindly inform the doctor or his/her assistance. |

For full results of your treatment, make sure to actively participate in your treatment by informing the doctor about the effectiveness of your treatment. |

Moral
Kindly treat all the office staff, other patients and visitors with respect and abide by the rules of the hospital.Be considerate about your noise level and comply with the ’No Smoking’ & “Silence” zones. |
Right to Redress
Patient has the right to justice by lodging a complaint through an authority dedicated for this purpose by the healthcare provider organisation or with government health authorities. The patient has the right to a fair and prompt hearing of his/her concern. |
