Appointments<\/strong>\nPatients are required to fix an appointment beforehand and be punctual.Inform and bring to the doctor\u2019s notice if it has been difficult to understand any part of the treatment.Also if the patient is unable\/late to attend his\/her appointment, then kindly inform the doctor or his\/her assistance.<\/td>\nRight to Information<\/strong>\nUnder the rights and protocols of the hospital, every patient has the right to be informed about the names of the doctors, nurses and other healthcare team members who are involved in your care.A clear and understandable explanation must be provided by the doctor about your diagnosis along with the benefits and risks attached to it.The patient must be informed about the expected cost of treatment and payment policies applicable.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Information<\/strong>\nThe patient has to provide his\/her correct information wherever required as failing to do so can cause trouble in your treatment.Also, read all the instructions before signing any consent forms.<\/td>\nRight to Dignity<\/strong>\nAll the patients shall be addressed by their proper names and be treated with respect, compassion and dignity .The patient must be treated in a safe and clean environment, irrespective of your age, gender, race, origin, religion, sexual orientation or disabilities.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Active Participation <\/strong>\nFor full results of your treatment, make sure to actively participate in your treatment by informing the doctor about the effectiveness of your treatment.<\/td>\nRight to Confidentiality<\/strong>\nEvery patient enjoys the full protection of privacy. Full confidentiality must be preserved regarding your care, examination and treatment.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Moral<\/strong>\nKindly treat all the office staff, other patients and visitors with respect and abide by the rules of the hospital.Be considerate about your noise level and comply with the \u2019No Smoking\u2019 & \u201cSilence\u201d zones.<\/td>\nRight to Redress<\/strong>\nPatient has the right to justice by lodging a complaint through an authority dedicated for this purpose by the healthcare provider organisation or with government health authorities.
